The conversion of the different scales of the same scale?
Hello, I've had several users to participate in a survey and we used a scale to rate questions. Were allowed to choose their own scale. However, I want all the scores of the scale becomes a scale (1-10). Some of the scales of users had were 0-1, 1-3, 1-100, etc. My question is, is there an algorithm or a formula that would allow me to convert the various scales, on the same scale of 1-10? By example if I had 0-2 scale, converted to a scale of 1-10 would be: 0 = 1 1 = 5.5 2 = 10 Is there a formula that would allow me to convert them all at the same level 1-10? I ask because I have hundreds of users and the conversion of each one by hand would take a very long time. Thanks!
Downgraded more RR lower limit user user = upper limit = RR = LL = UL (User Reviews – LL) / (UL – LL) This will give RR in the range of 0-1 to reach 1-10 scale, use 9 * RR + 1
