How To Scale Weight

how to scale weight
How come my weight keeps changing throughout the day?

I go on my weight scale and it says 116, then 120, then 121, then 117, then back to 120. Ugh! What is going on?

first of all, you should know, most scales are not accurate down to the pound. and heat (temperature in the room) can also effect the measured weight.

of course, eating (and especially, drinking) increases your wait (one cup of water is about half a pound), and since we are told to drink at least 8 cups a day, you can expect a 4 pounds change in weight throwout the day (of course balancing it self, after every time you go to the bath room).

that is way, if you really want to plot your weight, you always measure it in the morning, right after you go to the bath room (and if you are on a diet, it’s best NOT to weight your self during the week. weight your self only once per week, other wise you might get discouraged).
