Well, you should try smiling in the picture instead of making that face. Maybe try taking a picture in a well-lit place, preferably outside. Plus, I think you should lose the makeup altogether, but that’s just my preference. Maybe a little bit of eyeliner, but the eyeshadow is just over-the-top if you ask me. You’re not a creepy-looking person at all! It’s just the setting that the picture is in.
