how long does it take to see results?
i have been eating healthy and exercising for 2 months now and i havent seen any results, in fact the scale says i have gained weight. wtf
because you gained muscle. keep lifting weights! and consume protein and drink protein drinks. building muscle burns fat! you wont get bulky trust me.
you have to eat the right amount of calories too! too little, and your body stores all the calories you eat as fat because it’s in starvation mode, too many, and they get stored as fat anyways.
to lose weight consume [your body weight in lbs] x 10 = amount of calories daily
