How to scale a drawing that is 1:5000 black and white (.pdf / .dwg) to 1:1000 using any graphic program?
I have to scale a black and white drawing that is 1:5000 to 1:1000, and I have it in pdf and dwg formats, as well as any graphic program like indesign, photoshop, autocad, rhino, illustrator.. etc. everything. thanks a lot for your help. I’m trying to keep the lines clear, i dont want to lose resolution, it is a map. I plan on printing it at a print shop afterwards.
