Im making truffles and i dont have a scale and the recipe calls for 8 oz of solid chocolate…i need to know what that breaks down to in cups approx..
I have huge bulk chunks of chocolate…now how would i break that down…
One cup of melted chocolate is 8 oz.
One cup grated chocolate is 4.5 oz
One cup chocolate chips is 6 oz
