I weigh 200 pounds but look like I weigh 160. HELP!!!?
I have a real problem. Every morning after i have used the bathroom i get on the scale. And every morning it still says 200.6! I really don’t look like I weight that. My middle measurement is 38 inches which is the measurement of an average 160 pounder. People keep telling me that I have alot of muscle and maybe that’s true but I just wanna get my scale weight down so i feel better for MYSELF!!
So i guess my real problem is that i need a way to lose fat without gaining alot of muscle. I mostly wanna lose the fat. So can someone give me a day to day schedule about when to eat and when to excersize and for how long!!! Thank you sooooo much!!!!
Just exercise daily, whatever you like to do, even walking.
The main thing you need to do is cut down on portion size and fat intake. When you’re eating, keep asking yourself, are you still hungry? are you still hungry? Don’t eat if you’re not hungry. And eat snacks throughout the day whenever you ARE hungry. The point is not to starve yourself, but to listen to your body. Don’t overeat.
There was a time in my life when I was literally addicted to food, especially sugar. I just kept eating, even when I wasn’t full. I would eat a bowl of ice cream every night. Now I see that it really wasn’t doing me any good. No matter if I am happy or sad, that usually doesn’t influence my eating patterns too too much.
Remember that you are not the number on the scale! Your weight can fluctuate. You are not “fat”. You are “you”. You can change your weight. If you believe that, you may be more likely to put a plan into action.
Don’t buy into diet pills or diet plans. Just choose healthy foods. Low fat milk, veggies, fruits, whole grains etc. Start a diet that you actually LIKE!
Last thing: when you’re hungry, choose healthy foods. Also, you may be hungry because you’re dehydrated– so remember to drink whenever you get thirsty.
