Can anyone tell me how to clean bream? Do you try and filet it or just scale it?

Filleting a bream is a waste of time, even the larger ones will yield very little. The best way to prep bream is to simply scale them and gut them. Remove the innards and gills. Score the skin 3 times (evenely spread across the body) on both sides and season it to taste. Fry ‘em up whole and enjoy. Don’t make the mistake of over cooking them, the meat will be tough and hard to get off the bones. I’m gonna add some recipes you can try out ;
