my daughter has special needs?

Hi Can’t work out how to score conners rating scale my 10 year old daughter scored 30 which it says 90 on the left hand column which one is it 30 or 90 does this mean then that she does have ADHD. please help us so we can help our daughter more.

take her to see a real professional first of all. she may need medication and extra support in school
